I came as a tourist to Sarajevo. I walked in and had the worst experience. I was looking to buy a couple of pairs of shoes and did not see a worker when I walked into the store. I was looking at a pair of shoes and opened a box to see them and immediately was attacked by one of the female staff members to not open the box and not to touch the shoes. I apologized since there were no signs posted telling me otherwise. The worker kept going on and on, and did not seem to understand that I was apologetic. I felt humiliated and left the store. Worst experience ever. Would not recommend.
