We agreed about everything in WhatsApp and took the car next day. It was a one day trip to Mostar, so returned the same day.
Highly recommend the service.
Actually there’s no need to go to the office - you can manage everything via WhatsApp.
When driving just be careful with parking - paid parking is almost everywhere in center.

Walked over to the (very small) Time office in the evening around 6:00 pm, rang the number on the door and the man told me he would be there in ten minutes. On cue he arrived and I organised to rent a car (Renault Megane Automatic) for the following day. Very simple agreement, one signature, no deposit, and I paid in cash. Good value. Arranged to collect the car the following morning, but just as we were about to leave I got a call from Hotel reception saying the car had been delivered, met the rental man outside who showed me the controls and off we sent to Srebrenica. Returned the car that evening, having given the man a ring 10 minutes before we arrived back in Sarajevo.
