Experts in mechanics, helped me true my wheel in little time and also fixed other problem very fast while on a bike tour. They also all spoke english and were very helpful.

Typically, I don’t give reviews. But this time I thought I have to do it. I was biking to Medjugorje and needed to get my bike in a box for the return by bus. Alan and Alam were so great! They did not only provide the box but also de mounted it so that it is now safe and secure for the transport. Thank you so much!!:-)

On a 4 day tour of Croatia and Bosnia had a major shifter malfunction. These guys sorted the issue super fast and I was able to continue bashing out Km's for another 2 days safely ! Hugely impressive and very helpful - would recommend their mechanics 100%

Ein sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Personal. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr kompetent und hilfsbereit, etwas was man nicht so oft in Bosnien sieht und erlebt. Meine Empfehlung für M-Bike Shop in Mostar!

I had a very positive experience ordering items from their website. One of the items came defected but they replaced it - no questions asked. I would definitely recommend them. My only advice would be to improve your website. Currently, it's very difficult to find some items and to filter them (for example, if you look up snowboard boots you can't filter female/male/kids boots). This is quite frustrating as you have to spend a lot of time searching for things.

Great bike shop and bike service. Very nice and very helpful staff. I had a really nice experience. I stopped here during my bikepacking trip with a problem with my back brake and after less than 20 minutes everything was fixed and the guy also showed me, where was the problem and how can I fix it, when the problem arrives again. Thank you very much again.
