Excellent car rental service . Easy pick up and return. Nedim very very kind person. He was very helpful and he gave me a clean, automatic , diesel, medium size car in a good price. I drove from Mostar to Sarajevo , in Sarajevo Nedim send his colleague to my Hotel to return the car. I highly recommended this car rental company.

I booked a car with this company. They were honest kind. When I drop it off, the man called Nadim helped and droped us where we want to go. The car was very clean and strong. I would for sure rent again a car in this company.

Very good car rental service without any hidden payments. The rented car was clean and without any defects. No need in credit card. Convenient pick-up and return time and place. The rent service is available in Sarajevo too

We rented a car to drive in Mostar area and to go to Croatia for a daily trip. All documentation provided to cross the border and drive in EU. First aid kit to drive in Croatia included. Communication with Nedim is clear. Delivery and return on time. We got a new car in perfect conditions. We enjoyed the reliability of automatic gear, slope assisted departure, lane keeping function and speed limiter. Very useful in long journey. Thank you Nedim and team, super recommended 👌

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!!! Nedim was so helpful and gave amazing advice. He even offered to personally drive us to our apartment nearby if we couldn't find parking in Old Town Mostar with the celebration going on. The next day we were taking the car from Mostar across the border to Dubrovnik. Nedim met us in a Dubrovnik parking lot to pick up the car so we wouldn't have to pay such high parking fees. He then personally drove us to Old Town Dubrovnik so we can get to our Airbnb. Now to top it all off, I forgot my wallet in the car and didn't remember until 30 minutes later. We called him in a panic. He was already on his way home to Mostar. He turned around and drove all the way back to Old Town Dubrovnik, 9pm at night! We offered to meet him halfway but he insisted on bringing it to us. Nedim went above and beyond with kindness and customer service. It literally brought me to tears how wonderful and helpful he was! The world needs more people like Nedim.
