I had a wonderful little car Cleo no problems with it easy to drive, petrol consumption very light. Highly recommended, customer service deserves 5 star rating, and the price was competitive. Delivery and pick up was on time, and communication was very good. Will rent again from Rent a car B Sarajevo. Thank you.

I had a great experience renting a car from this agency. They were on time during pick up and drop off at Sarajevo airport. The car I rented was in great condition and I had no issues throughout my trip. Car was clean and had a full tank during pickup.

Everyting was very fine. Car in good condition, smooth delivery in the city and drop off at airport, no extra costs as insurances, deposit etc. In the town Konjic the car don't want to start due to "dead" battery. We call for support and 45 min later the road assistance arrived and recharge the battery and we could continue the journey, no extra cost for us.

Great car rental, the second day of the rental, a plastic cover came loose under the car. Rental company picked up the car, and fixed it without a hassle. When getting the car back, they said they checked the whole car. Would recommend this company for car rental services!

We definitely had an awesome experience with this rent a car company. Their communication is outstanding and not only did they have the clean when we took it over in Tuzla, but they were there early to make sure we dont wait on them!! Highly recommend and will definitely do business in the future!!

One of the best rental agencies in the world. They waited for us at the airport and it took only few minutes to sign the paperwork and explain the car features. Dropping the car off at the airport was great too. I can definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

Rented Passat station wagon in June 2022. Excellent service. Airport pickup and signed documents at airport lot. Their agent helped explain features of car. Paid in cash. Also helped recover left behind sunglasses in rental and gave to my family member. Will use again in future.
