Highly recommended, customer service deserves 5 star rating, and the price was competitive. Delivery and pick up was on time, and communication was very good. Will rent again from Rent a car B Sarajevo. Thank you.

prije 2 godine5.0I had a great experience renting a car from this agency. They were on time during pick up and drop off at Sarajevo airport. The car I rented was in great condition and I had no issues throughout my trip. Car was clean and had a full tank during pickup.

prije 2 godine2.0If you take a car in this rental company, be ready to make full cleaning of the car inside and outside after rental. Otherwise you will be charged plus 15 euro for cleaning.
There is a remark in deposit agreement about drop off clean car with full tank. But I could not even imagine that I need make full cleaning including vacuum cleaning inside.
It looks like unfair deal, no-one tells you about this moment
Usually rental company charges extra fee for cleaning if there are some hard stains or smth like this
It looks like if the guests need to do cleaning after the night in the hotel.
Representative of the company says that is normal practice in Bosnia. OK, if it is normal, you should make accent on this before rental, because for me with wide experience of rental it is not normal and I need to know before what kind of cleanness must be after rental.
Many reviews say that cars are clean. Yes, they are clean. But it seems that it is not made by clients, or all reviews are fake.
Very dissapointed. 15 euro is not big amount, but the situation looks like strange fraud, unfair deal.
Don't recommend.

We call for support and 45 min later the road assistance arrived and recharge the battery and we could continue the journey, no extra cost for us.

prije 2 godine5.0Great car rental, the second day of the rental, a plastic cover came loose under the car. Rental company picked up the car, and fixed it without a hassle. When getting the car back, they said they checked the whole car. Would recommend this company for car rental services!

Their communication is outstanding and not only did they have the clean when we took it over in Tuzla, but they were there early to make sure we dont wait on them!! Highly recommend and will definitely do business in the future!!

prije 2 godine5.0One of the best rental agencies in the world. They waited for us at the airport and it took only few minutes to sign the paperwork and explain the car features. Dropping the car off at the airport was great too. I can definitely recommend these guys to anyone.

prije 2 godine1.0Neodgovorni su jako. Trebalo nam je vozilo hitno, s tim da smo zvali i da smo se dogovorili da nam ostave vozilo. Kad smo došli da damo podatke i potvrdimo još jednom da ćemo uzeti vozilo, niko nam se nije javio. A prije toga su se javljali brzo.
