Booked car from UK online, fantastic service, Had small auto, car was 2years old and was in as new conditions, upon pick up staff asked me to take video/pictures of the car so on return we do not face any issue. Very good communication with prompt reply and on whatsapp. Upon return it took 2 minutes as I had fully com. Insurance. No hesitation to rent again from this company.

The staff gave us a call when we arrived at the airport, while we are struggling without internet and mobile connect to contact him. The rental is great and the staff is super nice! He even provide us for a ride to Sarajevo centre (by pre-arrangement after return the car) after his work because it's perfectly on his way home. He even gave us some tips for travelling around and recommend us a reasonable price taxi company! Thanks again to Emir!

My five stars go to the value of money and to the staff of this company. I know the car wasn't the newest one, windshield wipers didn't clean properly, but come on, it's extremely cheap! In other countries I paid the fee for one day I paid here for a week!! Staff was very friendly and professional. I'm glad I didn't see the current 2.5 review stars, because my experience was 5/5.

Staff are very friendly and helpful and this was very good value for money. Just note that their office is not at the Sarajevo airport, but just across the street, literally 50 meters away. Simply ask someone at the airport to point you where to go. Highly recommended.

معاملة موظف الشركة راقية وممتازة .. تواصل معي عبر الواتس اب .. وفي نفس يوم إرجاع السيارة فك القفل عن المبلغ المحجوز كتأمين .. لكن العيب الوحيد أن السيارة قديمة سنة صنعها 2013 .. رغم أنها جيدة في الاستخدام لكن كونها قديمة هذا عيب

Отличная контора! Всё оперативно, машина за 1100 км ни разу не подвела. Приятные сотрудники. Единственное, находится не в самом аэропорту, а через дорогу. Спасибо!
