Güncelleme: [2 yıl sonra, Saraybosna'ya giden bir arkadaşımıza araç kiralama döneminde (2023 Eylül) alamadığımız depozitoyu teslim ettiler. Sorununun personelden kaynaklandığını iletmişlerdi. Dürüst tutumlarından dolayı kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum] Aracı kiralarken 150 € nakit depozito aldılar, araç iadesinde geri vereceğiz dediler. 16-22 Aralık arası sözleşme imzaladık. 22 Aralık araç teslim günü havaalanı ofislerine hiçbir yetkili gelmedi. Üstüne üstlük 3 telefon numaralarının hepsi de kapalıydı, ulaşılamıyordu. Uçağı kaçırmak pahasına 1 saat birisi gelir mi diye telaşla bekledik. Kimse gelmeyince anahtarı bir kutuya atarak uçağa geçtik. 6 saat sonra yetkili kişi yurt dışında olduğunu söyledi! Tabiki 150€ (5 günlük kira ederi oluyor) depozitoyu da alamadık. Hala gönderen olur mu diye bekliyoruz. İnanılmaz kötü bir deneyimdi. Karşılamaya gelmemelerine rağmen "arabam nerde" diye hemen aradılar; ama depozitoyu gönderecekler mi bilmiyorum. Sorduğum sorulara cevap verilmiyor ve telefonlar açılmıyor çünkü!

I so much thankful to the owner of this company! 🙏 He is a wonderful man! I asked him so a lot of questions you can’t imagine! I am very anxious type of person and first time going in Bosnia, don’t know rules. This man is Angel 😇!!! He was so patient, polite, nice, understanding. So I have so good impression about Bosnian people! He gave such a good amazing conditions for us! From all my heart I say thank you and wish prosperity, a lot of and good clients!

Everything was perfect. We did a lot of research trying to get a best price for a car. We have booked a car for 1 week. Everything was fine. We have paid the deposit and the rental price. The car was not in the best shape, but it was even better, because we weren’t worried if we broke anything or scratch and it can happen in narrow streets of Sarajevo. We have travelled a lot during our stay and nothing bad happened. After giving the car back, we get our deposit back without any problems. The owner was really nice and helpful. We were able to drive to Croatia and get a pick up in different places than the airport.

Wynajęliśmy auto na 4 dni. Dostaliśmy promocyjną cenę. Zrobiliśmy ok 800 km. auto praktycznie nowe Skoda Octavia , tylko 11 tys. przebiegu. Bardzo oszczędna benzyna w automacie - spalił chyba tylko 5litrów na 100km. Zwrot bez problemów - kaucja zwrócona po miesiącu ale to norma...Serdecznie polecam - na pewno jeszcze raz skorzystam gdy będę w Sarajewie.

تجربتي معهم كانت رائعة ..استأجرنا سيارة بمبلغ معقول جدا ورغم أن السيارة تعرضت لحادث بسيط إلا أنّ التأمين كان شاملا وقدمنا تقرير للحادث ولم يحاول أن يساومنا على المبلغ المحجوز كعادة بعض المكاتب. نشكر الأخ سلافن على تعامله الراقي.

Yaklaşık 6 ülke onlarca şehir gezdik. Araba temiz ,yeni ve kilometre olarak azdı. Fiyat olarak da çoğu yerden uygundu. Depozit konusunda çok yardımcı oldular. Çok sevecen ve iyi insanlar hiç düşünmeden burdan aracınızı kiralayın. Tekrar geldiğimizde araç için düşünmeyeceğim.

Very Professional, Good Prices and Great People. Service was amazing if you need a car to rent i would highly recommend them. All of the others ask way to much for prices. This place was very fair with prices and the car i rented which was a 2016 Opel Astra ran great no problems. 5 out of 5 stars! Thank You to Ibro for helping us.
