Od trenutka kada sam rezervisao vozilo do samog povratka auta, sve je proteklo besprijekorno. Osoblje je bilo izuzetno ljubazno, profesionalno i spremno odgovoriti na sva pitanja. Auto koji sam unajmio bio je čist, tehnički ispravan i savršen za vožnju po Sarajevu i okolici. Posebno cijenim transparentnost u vezi sa cijenama – nema skrivenih troškova, sve je jasno navedeno unaprijed. Također, preuzimanje i vraćanje vozila na aerodromu bilo je brzo i jednostavno, bez ikakvih komplikacija. AutoRental Sarajevo je pravi primjer kako jedna rent-a-car agencija treba da posluje. Toplo preporučujem svima koji žele sigurno, povoljno i ugodno rentanje auta u Sarajevu. Hvala još jednom cijelom timu – definitivno ću se vratiti!

Great service! We had the car for a week covering 1000km and had no problems at all. Pick up and drop off was easy at Hotel Holiday and communication was great via WhatsApp. Would definitely recommend!

Супер сервис! Очень быстро ответили и оперативно организовали машину. Единственные, у кого удалось взять машину в аренду всего на один день. Автомобиль в отличном состоянии. Даже отвезли нас в аэропорт. Очень довольны! Спасибо большое 🙌🏻

The process of renting a car was simple, quick and the communication was excellent. There is big variety of available cars to select from and all of them can be checked out directly at the parking. The pricing is great for what you get as cars are almost new and the one we selected was in excellent state, also very clean. Thank you and we will rent again when we are back to Bosnia.

Best car rental, everyone was so helpful. Process was very smooth. No credit card needed and good cars. I was skeptical at first because they are not a big company like enterprise and sixt etc but they were very honest and great customer service. Highly recommended

Absolut empfehlenswert! Der Service von Autorental Sarajevo war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend. Wir haben sogar ein kostenloses Upgrade erhalten – eine tolle Überraschung! Die Übergabe verlief pünktlich und professionell, auch als wir unseren Flug kurzfristig umbuchen mussten, wurde flexibel und hilfsbereit reagiert. Man merkt sofort, dass hier Kundenservice großgeschrieben wird. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier buchen!

After I read and heard about rental car companies charging you in Sarajevo Airport, someone else damaged car or old scratches. I searched for many companies. Finally i found this company i rented a car for 3 days nice car i didn't have any issue. Get back my cash deposit right away. I recommend this car rental company clean car no mile limits. You must do full coverage in Bosnia, other drivers on the road, carzy driving fast between cities, and most of the roads 1 line 2 way.
