Actually i don't write a review at all but I think I should. I had a perfect night in Split thanks to this bar! They were sooooo kind and the vibe of the bar was also perfect. I met a new friend and enjoy the first day in Croatia🇭🇷🇭🇷 Wish you a good luck and thank you for the birthday song and make me a memorable birthday😀😀 I'll be back someday! Promise🤙

Comfy little cantina/restaurant with indoor and outdoor seating areas. Servers are great and very attentive. Burritos are good and the drinks are well-made and priced about the same as the rest of the area, give or take.

A wonderful and small bar in the palace centre of the old city. The owner is an awesome and creative guy with different events such as trivia nights! The food is really good and the prices are affordable. There is indoor and outdoor seating. The decorations on the inside and outside are thoughtful, especially during the Christmas season. You definitely feel at home here in this amazing cantina. The drinks are delicious and creative and you will always meet somebody interesting in this small but friendly establishment.

We came to this place the first night we got to Split. It was one of the places that was still open at night. We were not disappointed. I am from California and Mexican-American. So I know Mexican food. The carnitas tacos were legit. I was pleasantly surprised. If you are craving Mexican food in Split, go here.

They have a huge Margarita selection and every single one is perfect🍸plus the Wet Burrito is always a good choice🤤 My favorite part? The bartenders already know what I’m drinking the moment I walk in🤭<br><br>Perfect place for themed parties (Halloween, maškare...), with amazing staff who spread good vibes to everyone around... Definitely one of my top spots in Split!💃🥂

Sanctuary Cantina is a really cool little bar and restaurant, with friendly staff and a great vibe. We had one of the best Mexican meals we've ever had l and we've eaten it all over the world, including Mexico! We had vegetarian quesadillas, pork burrito, chicken red enchilada, vegetarian red enchilada and Mexican rice (unfortunately I only took photos of the quesadillas and burrito because we devoured everything so quickly!). Everything was full of flavour and just the right balance if spice (you can spice things up if you want too). We would definitely come again if we were in Split again.

Amazing food super filling we were a party of 3, we brought the nachos to share and a main each I had the burrito and my fiends had the burrito salad, very filling. Party vibes throughout and an extensive cocktails list with lots of different margaritas. The staff are super lovely and fun, music throughout the experience would recommend for just drinks as well !

One of our favourite places in split! Service was fantastic, wait staff are really pleasant. it was so so nice considering we had lots of poor service / rude staff on the trip so far. Food was delicious and the margaritas are amazing ! Would highly recommend!

We first started coming here because of Diego — our dear friend and wedding witness — the friendliest person you could ever meet! Since then, this place has become one of our favorites. We love the nachos and the drinks, and always feel at home here. Highly recommended!

We grew up in California and and spent 16 years in Austin Texas so Mexican food is in our blood! We moved to Portugal 4 1/2 years ago and have been pleasantly surprised to find pretty good Mexican food there and in Spain - add Croatia to the list.<br><br>Had a really good carnitas quesadilla with excellent salsa and highly recommend this place. Talked to owner a bit - super nice guy - and our server Paul was awesome!

This place is great. That’s all I need to say, if you want Mexican definitely try this place. Also just nice for a few drinks in the patio. this is more of a suggestion for the restaurant, I’m from California and love my Mexican food, in Cali we have a “taco Tuesday” usually small street tacos(which is just meat chopped white onion and cilantro) for 2-3$ each, lots of good salsa options, that might be fun to incorporate into your menu! Can change it up so people don’t get bored and want to come every week, fish tacos, el pastor, birria, chicken, veggie, you could put it on for just a few hours maybe the hours that aren’t as busy like 3-6 and then maybe discounted drinks at that time or one featured drink that’s like $2 off for “happy hour” take it or leave it happy to help organize and market for it if you want.

Super restaurant , service accueillant et chaleureux ! L’intérieur est festif et l’extérieur un peu plus calme , les serveurs et le barman sont tous aussi gentils les uns que les autres . La nourriture est super , on se croirait au Mexique ! C’est un incontournable du centre ville de Split , avec un cadre très atypique !
