Otkriće u srcu Splita. Hrana je bila izvrsna i originalna. Što se tiče vinske karte, uspijeli su se fokusirati na naša Hrvatska vina (iako ima strana isto) i to je čista petica. Bravo!<br>Definitivno ću se vratiti.

The kitchen is the beating heart of the restaurant—beautifully open, alive with creativity, and mesmerizing to watch. You don’t just taste the chef’s artistry; you witness it being born right in front of you.<br><br>From Marie, the warm and attentive maître d’, to Jure, the exceptionally knowledgeable sommelier, to Chef Carlo and every member of the team, the hospitality felt both effortless and deeply personal. Posebni okusi, poseban doživljaj.<br>Nikad u životu bolji komad mesa nisam pojela (a pojela sam ih i probala dosta), desert spektakl i posebna priča.<br>Definitivno mjesto za zvijezdicu i definitivno restoran za preporuku.<br>Ljubazno i srdačno osoblje, prostor i kuhinja su toliko uredni i decentni.<br>Obaveznoooo posjetiti!!!! 🫶🏽

Un accueil en français !<br><br>Quel plaisir d'avoir la totalité des informations et descriptions des plats servis, en même temps que de pouvoir en apprécier la préparation par la brigade au travail devant nous.<br>Confortablement installés autour d'un cossu comptoir en bois, bien assis sur des fauteuil hauts, nous sommes 12 convives au spectacle continu pendant presque 4 heures (parce que nous avons beaucoup discuté avec notre hôte compatriote française)<br>Le menu unique (130€) nous est présenté sur un bristol puis le choix des boissons nous reviens ensuite. Un accord mets/vins (90€) en 4 verres, tout alcool ou sans alcool avec des boissons fermentées maison, ou bien mixte, est proposé. La carte des boissons permet une sélection libre. La coupe de champagne est de qualité (Piollot à 19€ la coupe)<br>Défilent ensuite, au fur et à mesure du ballet des orfèvres de la cuisine, tout d'abord 4 mises en bouche, puis 2 poissons, le pain (une véritable brioche !) avec huile d'olive et beurre à la fleur de sel, une viande, un pré dessert et un dessert.<br>L'accord mets/vins est composé de 2 vins blancs, 1 vin rouge puis un vin de dessert. Le 1er verre de vin est servi avec le 1er poisson.<br>Les 4 premières assiettes de mise en bouche se dégustent avec l'apéritif choisi à la carte.<br>La présentation des assiettes est magnifique, chaque proposition est un plaisir en bouche, c'est original, raffiné et goûtu.<br>Certaines associations sont osées mais toujours réussies.<br>Les quantités sont équilibrées et suffisantes à la dégustation.<br>Le service est agréablement souriant et nous met à l'aise dès l'installation. Peu d'attente entre chaque assiette, de toute façon comblée par le spectacle des chefs au travail.<br>Au final, un repas excellent, dans une ambiance détendue pour un rapport qualité prix justifié.<br>Addition finale de 374€ à 2 (2 menus, 1 coupe de champagne, 1 accord mets vins, 1 bouteille d'eau)<br><br>Une valeur sûre pour tout épicurien !

I can't believe I didn't leave a review at the time, this was my favourite meal I've EVER had. Every course was surprising, interesting and extremely delicious. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Anything you choose to get here will blow you away, my wife had a simple Gin and Tonic that is still at the top of her favourite cocktails she's ever had.<br>That said it's more than €100 each, but it might be one of the few times that price has ever felt earned.

This was the best meal I have ever had. The food was incredible. Every bite was immaculate. The sommelier suggested amazing wines (including one of the best red wines I've ever tasted) that paired perfect with each dish. They catered to me not liking seafood. They catered to my MIL not eating gluten. The staff and chefs were so friendly and explained each dish and answered questions. Truly an incredible experience.

The team - professional, attentive but never intrusive, radiating great energy. And the food… simply a story on its own.
