We ordered truffle pasta, steak, cocktails and Rakija. Pasta was absolutely delicious. The best pasta I have had so far. It was with real truffle mushrooms. Steak was also delicious. Decent cocktails. We were too full for dessert, but wanted to finish with a sweet tooth so tried the tiramisu. Perfectly balanced sweetness and enough for sharing. Our server was so good. Too bad I can’t remember his name. But this gentlemen explained our Rakija options very well and helped us picking the finest to our likes.prices are above average but well worth the fine dining atmosphere.

I’m not at all surprised by the many positive reviews for this restaurant — it truly deserves them. The food was outstanding, both in flavor and presentation. The service was exceptional; our waiter was attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. Although the prices are similar to other restaurants in the Split city center, the level of professionalism and service here felt like a true fine dining experience. Highly recommended!

A food blogger recommended Laganini and the seafood risotto and she wasn’t wrong. The food was amazing and the service was impeccable. The location near Diocletian’s Palace was beautiful. Overall, a good experience.

Thé place to go in Split.<br>This was a truly wonderful experience for us.<br>The service… very nice waitress.<br>At least in Split horeca service is VERY client-oriented. There are many other places in Europe that should set Split as a STANDARD example where it comes to an A+ courtesy.<br>The food… beyond any doubt the best we had in the city. Sublime tuna tartar… according to my companion the best she has had in her entire young life until now 🙂<br>Wine choice more than OK<br>Unique setting !

Surprise, surprise - thousands of reviews are indeed correct. A really fantastic meal all around. The tuna, filet, and prosciutto + porcini pasta were outstanding. Service was equally deserving of 5 stars. Just go!

What an incredible find! I was supposed to go to a different restaurant for dinner, but changed my mind after reading some really bad reviews and came across Laganini. The restaurant is pretty small, so I would recommend booking in advance as the queue was massive.<br>The food is on the pricey side however, the quality, the flavours, and the presentation are outstanding.<br>I went for the tuna tartare (18€) for starters which melted in my mouth and was full of flavour. It was absolutely delicious! I also had the truffle pasta which came with actual shaved truffle on top. The flavour was so delicate, the truffle really complemented the saltiness of both prosciutto and parmigiano...definitely a must have!<br>If you are in Split, skip the restaurant on the riva promenade and get yourselves some delicious, fresh, and top class quality food at Laganini.

One of the best restaurants in Split. Michelin like. The food is out of the world. Everything is good. Salads, main course drinks are all good. Wine choice is excellent.<br>Need reservation. We walked and got lucky. If in Split eat here!!

Fantastic!! The best restaurant in Split by far. Tuna tiki taka amazing.. fettuccini wonderful and probably the best risotto ever. And the oil from Dalmatia better than Spain one... Congratulations for the very professional staff

A lovely venue with open air/closeable courtyard in the Palace precinct close to the Cathedral. The food was perfect. Great flavour combinations and perfectly seasoned and dressed. Great wine and sparkling wine options, we tried all 3 of the local bottles and enjoyed every one of them, especially the rosé. The service was impeccable Alex our waiter was very knowledgeable and helpful. We are staying just around the corner and will be back. They have great seafood and steak options also...as we observed and chatted to another Aussie couple who were thoroughly enjoying their swordfish tartar , eye fillet steak and truffle risotto. We and they had the Tomato Mozzarella di Bufala with peach and basil that was superb and our beefsteak salad was really good.
