Modern food served in a very degraded area . Some dishes are good 😎<br>Old buildings and apartments around so don’t sit outside if you want to enjoy your moment there . Maybe the worst outdoor seating and view I ever had from a restaurant that tries hard to be “special”

A bome da je sve bilo savršeno!<br>Okusi, ugođaj, osoblje, sve je tako lipo promišljeno i na svome mistu, baš smo guštali u svakom zalogaju. Pobjednik večeri je čarobni tatar koji tako i izgleda, a okus te odvede u paralelni svemir!<br>Od predjela pa do deserta, nema zamjerki :)

Bome es un restaurante que, aunque no es fácil de encontrar, recompensa con creces el esfuerzo de llegar. Su ambiente es sencillo y familiar, alejado de la sofisticación ostentosa, lo que crea una atmósfera cálida y acogedora. Sin embargo, la verdadera estrella aquí es la cocina, que alcanza un nivel altísimo y sorprende en cada plato.<br><br>Destacan especialmente sus tartares, tanto el de carne como el de seabass, que son una muestra impecable de técnica y sabor. El sirloin es otro plato que no decepciona, perfectamente cocinado y lleno de jugosidad. Para cerrar la experiencia, el postre de manzanas maceradas en canela es simplemente espectacular, un equilibrio perfecto entre dulzura y especias que deja una impresión duradera.<br><br>El servicio en Bome es otro punto fuerte: el equipo es siempre gentil, atento y profesional, asegurando que cada detalle esté cuidado y que la experiencia sea placentera de principio a fin. Aunque los precios pueden resultar algo elevados, la relación calidad-precio está entre las mejores, justificando cada gasto con la calidad y el sabor excepcionales que se ofrecen. En definitiva, Bome es un lugar para quienes valoran una cocina excepcional en un entorno sencillo pero con un trato impecable.

Bome was an excellent dining experience and deserves (at least) a Michelin Bib Gourmand.<br><br>The 3 course meal was extremely affordable and super delicious. The beef tartare was fresh and tasty, the sirloin was perfectly salted, and the apple dessert was an interesting take on a classic. All of that, plus an amuse bouche, plus a final dessert treat, plus a well curated wine pairing, came out to 160 euros for a meal that could’ve been double.<br><br>The service was also extremely attentive and the restaurant felt brand new. Bome hasn’t hit the mainstream yet, but it sure will soon.

Great taste for those who love to try new flavours, small portions for those who love to eat. I really, really liked the zucchini soup and definitely wish it was bigger but I knew the portion sizes would be small.<br>Service is great, presentation as well.<br>It’s more touristic than local. Better get to the restaurant by a taxi, not your own car (difficulties in parking)<br>Atmosphere is ok, the interior could be played around - fake planting could be omitted as it captures oils from the nearby opened kitchen (even though there is an extractor); microwave could be moved somewhere less visible (I don’t think it’s appropriate to be where it is considering the high end services provided); space is quite small so maybe a good floor to ceiling height mirroring could be a good way to make the space feel more spacious (could try for example substitute the planting with a mirrored wall)

A circa dieci minuti in auto dal centro di spalato bome vi accoglie con la sua magica cucina, tutto fantastico sia pesce che carne parlare di un solo piatto sarebbe riduttivo.<br>Abbinando ad ogni proposta un calice, traendo spunto dalla bella selezione di vini croati presenti in carta, si raggiunge un livello veramente alto. Il servizio è fantastico professionale ed allo stesso tempo cordiale ed accogliente.<br>Una tappa obbligata

We had dinner here on the last eve of our trip to Croatia. What a way to end on a high. The food was delicious and the staff was both extremely professional and welcoming. We had the five course menu, and for me one of the courses was switched to something without fish. Every course was amazing, and we had a fantastic night.

Very nice concept and I understand why they’re Michelin rated. Easy bus ride from the port or a 9€ Uber ride.<br><br>The portions are on the smaller size but the quality was definitely there. The staff were so attentive, 10/10 service. The amuse bouche we had was delightful. Soft piped butternut squash cream- I loved it! I was looking for more flavor in the carrot dessert but I think it’s because I read the reviews here and saw the pictures in advance so I had a specific idea of the dessert in mind.<br><br>Regardless, I recommend giving Bòme a try. I loved watching the chef be in his element. You can tell he loves what he does!

Wow!!!! The best meal we have had in Europe so far. Very impressive modern menu, outstanding wine list. Very reasonably priced. The staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Loved sitting outside watching the local children play in the streets as the sun went down. A must try for foodies! Loved it 😊

We would highly recommend you come here if you are visiting Split and want to have a good meal.<br><br>Whilst the surroundings are not luxurious, the service we received from Dinko and the rest of the team was first class.<br><br>The food itself is exceptionally good - small menu but at a great price point for the quality you’re getting. We also loved the Croatian wine we chose and overall, it was one of our favourite meals whilst on holiday.<br><br>Please come and visit this restaurant and see for yourself why it is so special and has been included in the Michelin Guide.<br><br>We wish all of the team continued success- many thanks from Geoff and Clare xx 🙏❤️
