Posjet restoranu Triton bio je vrlo ugodno iskustvo. Hrana je bila u redu, ukusna i korektno pripremljena, a vino kuće vrlo ugodno, lagano i odlično se slagalo uz jelo.<br><br>Ipak, najveći dojam večeri ostavio je konobar koji je bio izuzetno uslužan, profesionalan i ljubazan. Njegov pristup, pažnja prema detaljima i srdačnost podigli su cijelo iskustvo na višu razinu. Upravo takva usluga je ono zbog čega se gost poželi vratiti.<br><br>Cijene su nešto više, no s obzirom na razinu usluge i ukupno iskustvo, mogu reći da je opravdano.<br><br>Sve u svemu, lijepo iskustvo i mjesto koje vrijedi posjetiti.

From the moment we herd the name, we were captivated .TRITON isn't just the name , it represents a very special , protected shell of the Adriatic sea - symbolizing fidelity and love . In Greek mythology Triton was demigod ,but today Triton restaurant is without a doubt<br>a full God of Gastronomy .<br>We were so impressed by the artistry on our plates ,that we simply had to discover the persons behind it .We were honored to be introduced to the master-chef and owner :Mr. Zlatko Marinovic and his grandson chef Stipe Marinovic.. There passion and skill shine through every dish.<br>The quality of food and the impeccable service far exceeded all our expectations .Every aspect of our dinning experience was impressive .<br>A huge THANKS to Mr. Zlatko .Marinovic for an absolutely divine culinary experience .We will be back.

Classic Mediterranean and Croatian dishes created by Master Chef and the owner Zlatko Marinovic.<br>Our waitress Mia ,was amassing , well trained ,well educated and customer oriented.She deboned our fish perfectly-table-side We just loved it .Her knowledge about food and wine was outstanding .<br>Great selection of seafood , pasta dishes and meat Great wine list as well.<br>The food was absolutely amazing and full of flavors.Master Chef Zlatko Marinovic is a genius .We tried several entrees and every dish was incredible Highly recommended for relaxing meal while visiting Split . TRITON restaurant is a hidden gem .

Wonderful experience. My wife and I had Octopus salad and Blue Crab salad for starters. Both meals were delightful! We shared Zeus Faber (John Dory) for main course and it was probably one of the best prepared fishes I ever had. For dessert, we had a scoop of ice cream with Olive oil, pumpkin seeds and some nuts. It was amazing.<br><br>On top of the entire dinner our waiter was proffessional, yet so helpful and friendly.<br><br>If you choose to eat at this establishment you will bot be dissapointed.

Lovely meal here, while staying in the hotel. It's a sophisticated place, but we wanted something simple after a very long day travelling. We enjoyed a light fish soup to start, and then the black cuttlefish risotto and the beef ragu. All the dishes were excellent, and accompanied by some fresh bread with good olive oil, balsamic vinegar and sea salt. The waitress deserves a special mention, as she took the time to explain all the food to us, and checked in regularly. Made for a relaxing evening after a busy day!

The atmosphere strikes a nice balance between casual and refined, making it a great spot whether you’re stopping by for dinner with friends or a relaxed evening meal after exploring the city.<br><br>What stood out immediately was the service. The waiters were not only friendly but genuinely knowledgeable. They knew the menu inside out, offered excellent wine pairings, and were happy to explain details about the dishes without any rush or pretence. That kind of confidence and warmth from the staff makes a big difference and really adds to the dining experience.<br><br>Now, the food — simply exceptional. The steak was the highlight of the evening, cooked to absolute perfection. Tender, juicy, and seasoned just right, it arrived exactly as ordered. Every bite reflected attention to detail and real skill from the kitchen. The rest of the meal carried the same standard, but the surprise of the night was the pumpkin seed ice cream — unusual, rich, and subtly nutty, it rounded off the meal beautifully.<br><br>The Grk wine recommended by our waiter was another standout — smooth, aromatic, and a perfect companion to the steak(Might not be everyone’s choice as it is a white wine). It’s clear the staff take pride not only in their food but also in curating a thoughtful wine selection.<br><br>If there’s one small disappointment, it’s the condition of the menus. They were a bit worn out and damaged, which doesn’t match the otherwise polished feel of the restaurant. It’s a minor detail, but one that the management could easily fix with fresh menus to complete the excellent overall impression.<br><br>All in all, Triton delivers an outstanding dining experience — excellent food, attentive service, and a relaxed setting.
