Great restaurant in the heart of split. Food recommendation: Spaghetti with Octopus. Absolutely amazing paired with the Posip white. We only stayed in Split 4 night eat here twice, as it was so good.

We loved this restaurant so much we came back for a second meal at the end of our trip to Split. It was our favourite of the holiday for traditional Croatian food. The black risotto was incredible. Service very friendly, we did come off season so not especially busy. The house Posip wine was great for the money too. Highly recommended for visitors to Old Town looking for a decent Konoba meal

Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und schnell.<br>Die Pizzen sind sehr zu empfehlen. Die WCs könnten etwas erneuert werden aber sonst ein sehr schönes Lokal.

Ich kann die schlechten Bewertungen überhaupt nicht bestätigen. Wir haben zügig einen Tisch bekommen. Beide hatten Pasta mit Meeresfrüchten und es war wirklich wirklich lecker. Unsere Bedienung war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Od dočeka gospođe Luce i njezine prezentacije menija, preko posluge konobara koji nas je vrhunski uslužio sve je bilo savršeno. Jela koja su nam kuhari spremili (crni rižoto od sipe i pašticada sa njokima) su bila vrhunska i za svaku pohvalu. Sigurno dolazimo ponovo.

We had the Parmigiana pizza, which was hot, tasty and fresh! The service was excellent, I can't remember the servers name, but he was very lively, funny and helpful. The fish that we had was super delicious, the best we had in Croatia. Highly recommend!

Unutar Dioklecijanova palače nalazi se ova predivan konoba s vrlo ljubaznim osobljem.<br>Od hrane jeli smo pizzu i definitivno je jedna od boljih pizza. Ako ste u Splitu i tražite konobu za ručak/večeru svratite u Marul, sigurno nećete pogriješiti.

U konobi Marul hrana je bila izvrsna, porcije i više nego dovoljne, jako ukusna hrana. Osoblje izvanredno, a posebno gospodin Jure koji nas je posluživao( visoki šesni 🫣). Počašćeni izvanrednim desertom i aperitivom. Sve pohvale i besprijekoru uslugu. Sve preporuke imate od nas❤️

Had the black rice and squid, octopus appetizer, feta cheese salad. Food was solid not spectacular. Ambiance in the square was nice.<br><br>Waiter was not very friendly and borderline rude. I get an undercurrent of sarcasm and not wanting to be there. He had an attitude when we went to pay with a credit card, initially saying we couldn’t pay with card. Just odd way to treat tourists. Put a smile on and do your job.

Simply amazing is all I can say. Well looked after by the staff, very friendly. Some of the bests meals I had while staying in Split. Each dish tasted so good and cooked perfectly. Walked away completely satisfied.

Favorite spot in Split! Great service and delicious food. We tried the macaroni with lamb ragú and the spaghetti with octopus—both were fantastic. Highly recommend!
