Najbolji restoran u Starom Gradu koji smo do sada posjetili!
Naručio sam ćevape i bili su izvrsni. Meso je bilo sočno i savršeno pečeno. Ajvar je imao okus kao da je domaći – jednostavno fantastičan. U kombinaciji s lukom i čili pahuljicama jelo je bilo savršeno zaokruženo. Osjeti se da je pripremljeno i posluženo s puno ljubavi.
Moja supruga naručila je rižoto s plodovima mora i također je bila oduševljena. Posebno joj se svidjelo što je rižoto sadržavao više vrsta školjki, a mali hobotnica bila je izvrsna. Riža je bila savršeno kuhana, kremasta i odlično začinjena.
Za desert smo naručili crème brûlée i palačinke s Nutellom. Crème brûlée je karamelizirana pred nama, što je bio poseban doživljaj. Palačinke su bile tople, mekane i punjene savršeno otopljenom Nutellom – jednostavno ukusne.
Uz sve to pili smo točeno Karlovačko, koje je savršeno pristajalo ovom toplom ljetnom večernjem ugođaju.
Za nas je ovo bilo najbolje jelo koje smo do sada imali u Starom Gradu. Svakako preporučujemo ovaj restoran i rado ćemo se ponovno vratiti!
The best restaurant we've visited in Stari Grad so far!
I ordered the ćevapi, and they were absolutely delicious. The meat was juicy and perfectly grilled. The ajvar tasted homemade and was simply amazing. Combined with the onions and chili flakes, the dish was perfectly balanced. You could really tell that the food was prepared and served with care.
My wife had the seafood risotto, and she absolutely loved it. She especially appreciated the variety of shellfish, and the small baby octopus was delicious as well. The risotto rice was cooked to perfection, wonderfully creamy, and perfectly seasoned.
For dessert, we had the crème brûlée and Nutella pancakes (palačinke). The crème brûlée was caramelized right in front of us, which made it a special experience. The pancakes were warm, soft, and filled with perfectly melted Nutella—simply delicious.
We also enjoyed a freshly poured Karlovačko beer, which was the perfect match for a warm summer evening on Hvar.
For us, this was the best meal we've had in Stari Grad so far. We highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely come back!
