Es war wundervoll. Die Mädels sind alle sehr nett und kümmern sich sehr gut um einen. Ich habe den Tag dort sehr genossen. Die maniküre war großartig. Auch die Massage sehr angenehm. Danach hatte ich noch eine Haarkur erhalten, die Ergebnisse sprechen für sich. Alles war sehr professionell! Ich bin mehr als begeistert und kann es wirklich nur weiterempfehlen ❤️

I recently had the pleasure of visiting this magnificent hair salon, I must say that it was a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. The stylists were not only skilled and knowledgeable but also genuinely passionate about their craft. One of the things that set this salon apart was the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff made me feel right at home and ensured that my comfort was a priority throughout my visit. It is certainly a beauty palace, and not just for women; I was so satisfied with my service that I have brought my boyfriend the next day, I highly recommend it, what a hidden gem in Mostar.

There was some accident during manicure that I loose my conscious for a minute. I explained that it just sometimes happen as a part of my health condition, I needed 5minutes to rest and I’ll get back to normal and I explained it to the girl who was doing manicure. The owner of the place came and told me “miss, I’m calling ambulance, because the girl needs to do her job, there are people after you and she needs to finish manicure” I understand as a business owner that you want to have your business run smoothly. But sometimes accident may happen and as a client I felt very much like pushed to “be more convenient”. It’s a “luxury beauty place”, I didn’t feel luxury in attitude to me as to client.

Salon je predivan i uredan kao i njihove djelatnice salona. Kada ulazite u salon dočekaju vas tako ljubazno i posluže vas sa kavom i slatkišima. Veoma su kulturne profesionalno rade svoj posao također sa svojim klijentima dijele nesebično svoje znanje i savjete. Uz njihovu ljubaznost i nježnost čovjek se toliko opusti i preda da se baš odmorite na tretmanu. Njihov sam klijent 5 mjeseci i prezadovoljna sam!🥰

Danas prvi put bila na spa manikuru, kao prvo najljepsi salon sto Sam ikad vidjela, cistoca, docek, ljubaznost, a za rad svaka cast, osjecam se kao princeza, raj za zene, stavila bi i sestu zvjezdicu ako napravite jedan mali privatni prostor za sisanje za zene koje su pokrivene, 😉
