Through organizing the Economic Forum of BiH, School of Economics and Business Sarajevo creates a unique event that is visited by high-ranking officials from academia, public sector, and various industries. By exchanging expertise, creating proposals and guidelines for creating future economic policies, we contribute to establishing an attractive business environment in our country. With an innovative event management solution from App Impact, we were able to digitalize the Forum completely. Besides a comprehensive web platform covering registration, sponsorships, creating and sending newsletters, the solution included interactive mobile applications. Mobile apps enabled better engagement and communication between all attendees and establishing B2B meetings. Although our institution has previously built successful cooperation with App Impact thanks to their contribution in sharing knowledge with young people, using their GatherUp! EMP put our collaboration on another level. With GatherUp! EMP, organization of the Forum went smoothly, and we were able to create a modern platform that links the business community, academia, and economic policymakers. Besides GatherUp! EMP, working with a team that is available to quickly respond on requests, propose the best possible solutions for specific situations, and provide support throughout the whole process, is something you will need for a successful organization of your event!
