Good:
The location is excellent, very close to the beach and nice restaurants.
The view from the balcony is great and very nice to have breakfast/coffee on. Though the street noise from the cars breaks the atmosphere.
The room is quite good with a nice small shared kitchen for small breakfast/coffee.
Bad:
The bathroom has a VERY strong sewage smell. By keeping the bathroom window to the street open all the time it can be "managed" but it's not a great experience. According to the hostess, it's a town problem and there is nothing that can be done. In that case I would look for the next town over to stay in.
Smaller things worth mentioning is the wifi not reaching the balcony and the broken showerhead wall mount.
