We had great experiences buying our top end Bosch washer, dryer, our new bed with a super thick Serta mattress. We paid extra to have our new bed delivered to our bedroom upstairs. The two delivery men we paid much extra to our bedroom didn't want to try. They resorted to yelling, screaming and cursing at my wife. They even threatened to call the police. They just did not want to work. For the thousands of euros we paid, we certainly did not deserve to be treated like this. This is a bad reflection for Harvey Norman. We still have many appliances and furnishings to buy, including an entire kitchen, but it will not be with this company. I can't believe they would keep people like these re presenting them in the community.
